01About

What should education become for the world we live in?

The future of education cannot be created by one person, one school, or one country alone.

It emerges when people with different backgrounds, cultures, and areas of expertise meet, learn from one another, and create together.

DICT Education DAO is a global community where educators connect, cross borders, explore new possibilities for education, and create together.

02Why Now

Why now.

The premise

The world is changing faster than education.

AI, technology, social change, and new ways of working are transforming how we learn and live. Yet some important questions remain unanswered.

What should education become? What should we keep, and what should we rethink?

We do not believe there is one right answer.

We want to discover better questions — and explore possible answers together.

03Who We Look For

You don't need a title, a degree, or a position.

We are looking for people who

Connect, question, and cross — wherever they happen to stand.

Connect

Connect ideas, disciplines, generations, and cultures.

The people who see how things belong together — and bring them into the same room.

Question

Keep asking not only what education is, but what education could become.

The people who stay curious when the easy answer is already on the table.

Cross

Cross boundaries between schools and society, countries and cultures, and different fields.

The people who treat a border as a place to meet, not a place to stop.

Who you might be

You may be a teacher, researcher, school leader, entrepreneur, policymaker, artist, or someone working outside education. What matters is the question you keep carrying.
